Starting a new record? These templates work first time with DataBena. Each one has an example row to type over and a short guide.

Sales record

Date, receipt number, product, quantity, price per item, amount, customer and how they paid.

Date, type of expense, who you paid, description, amount and how you paid.

Product code, product, category, quantity in stock, cost price and reorder level.

For shops that keep one sheet: each product each day, with opening stock, received, sold, closing stock and price.

Tip: keep one row per sale or expense, write amounts as plain numbers (15000, not 15k), and write dates the same way every time.
