Excel files (.xlsx) and CSV files. The free analyzer accepts files up to 5 MB; business accounts up to 20 MB.

Open it in Excel, choose Save As, then Excel Workbook (.xlsx), and upload the new file.

We ask you which sheet to check. You can check the other sheets afterwards.

We refuse files that are password-protected, contain macros, are damaged, or look unsafe. The message on screen explains what to do.

Only changes we are sure about: extra spaces, Naira signs and commas in amounts, dates we can read for certain, blank rows, title rows and merged cells. Every change is listed in your quality report.

Some things could mean more than one thing. 03/04/2026 could be 3 April or 4 March. $20 is not Naira. Two identical sales might be two real sales. We never guess, so we show these to you.

Total rows, amounts we couldn't read (such as 1.5k) and Excel errors are left out so nothing is counted twice or wrongly. The dashboard says how many rows were left out and why.

Under the dashboard, choose “Wrong file type or columns? Change them”. Pick what the file is and which column holds what.

Only you. Free analyzer results open only in the browser that uploaded the file, and are deleted after 24 hours.

Every file is checked for viruses before we open it. We never run formulas or macros from your file.

Yes. Choose “Delete my file now” at the bottom of your results.

Not for the free analyzer. An account lets you keep your dashboard and add files every week or month.

₦15,000 a month after your first free month, including one outlet. Each extra open outlet is ₦5,000 a month. No payment card is needed to start, and we never charge you without your permission.

Yes. Add them as outlets in Settings: each keeps its own uploads, records and dashboard, and you can see them all together or side by side. You can have up to three outlets during the free trial, and up to 20 after you subscribe. We show the new monthly price before you confirm.

Sales minus the expenses recorded in your uploaded files. This may not reflect your business's actual net profit. We only show it for a month where both your sales and your expenses cover every day.

Choose “Start free trial” and sign up with your email. Confirm the email we send you and your free month starts straight away. No payment card is needed.
